About Price Lofts

Price Lofts is a 24 unit apartment community featuring 1 and 2 bedroom residences. Four of the units feature single car garages...3316 #1  3316 #4  3320 #1  3320 #6. The other twenty apartments have drive up front door parking. Tucked away on Price Road 1/4 mile west of highway 75, our exteriors feature brick, stucco, and shake siding. 

Price Lofts was built in 2009 by the Taylor Homes Group and is managed by MLJ, llc.
